The SEM Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and managing Genius Monkey’s own internal overall SEO/SEM strategy using data pulled from Google Analytics, Performance Planner, Search Console & the networks themselves. Our ideal candidate has the skills and dedication to drive highly-qualified traffic to our site, maximize our campaign ROI and can read beyond the data to ensure our ads are served to the most qualified people at the right time. This individual will work with and present to company C-suite and stakeholders to help drive new marketing ideas as well as come up with website design improvement suggestions to help boost user experience and conversion rates. This individual needs to be a self starter and take ownership of the role with little supervision. In addition to owning all things Genius Monkey marketing, the role will assist in general campaign management team operations in down time and times of need.
Staying on top of industry trends & following SEM & SEO best practices is a must. The SEM Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reporting changes on a weekly basis to identify areas of improvement and ensure campaign successes. We’re looking for a team player with a focus on KW management, ad copywriting, revisions, budgeting, reporting & performance analysis.
Salary will be based on experience.
